Delivery Mechanism for Promotion

• Customer to scratch the scratch card available inside the Elio ceiling fan packaging.
• Customer to visit the promotional website www.havellsfans.bigcityexperience.com and enter details such as Voucher Code, Name, Email id, Mobile Number, Date of Purchase, City of Purchase, Store Name, Model Purchased, Invoice/Bill No., chooses their reward option & upload a copy of their bill/invoice and submit.
• The invoice/bill copy will be validated within 2-3 business days. Post successful validation, the customer will receive a reward code and weblink to claim their chosen reward.
• The customer visits the weblink and follows the steps to claim their reward.

General Terms & Conditions

• This Voucher entitles you to any one of the assured reward from below:
  Free Couple Movie Tickets (Mon-Thu) or Free 2 Pan Pizza (Mon-Fri) or Annual Mobile Subscription
• This offer is for consumers only and is not a trade scheme or employee scheme for a Company’s employees, retailers, dealers and/or distributors or for internal R&R or trade incentive programs.
• As per our company policy we do not maintain or share any voucher usage details or databases of customer details such as mobile number, name, e-mail IDs, etc., which we may receive in due course of promo execution, with any third party. All such details stored will be removed from our systems post redemption and beyond any retention period required for regulatory purposes and any customer details cannot be shared at any point in time.
• The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.

• Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
• Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name (Only select Outlets), Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
• No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
• Only the purchases made between 01/02/2024 – 30/04/2024 will be considered for rewards.
• The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products ie. Model Name.
• The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
• One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
• Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
• Customer purchase invoices should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
• The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
• A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice during the promotion period.

Terms and Conditions for Couple Movie Tickets

• This voucher entitles the user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday-Thursday. Offer valid in select cities.
• Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be attended to on the subsequent business day.
• A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
• Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
• To avail themselves of the offer, customers show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
• The movie ticket booking must be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
• Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked again.
• Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• The offer is open to residents of India only.
• This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
• This offer is applicable only to 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax, and other special screenings.
• Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.

• In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternate slot or venue.
• If you fail to cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the reservation, or do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed redeemed and cannot be re-used.
• To avail yourself of the offer, please flash the confirmation SMS upon arrival at the venue.
• The set menu will include 2 Free PAN Pizza (Veg or Non-Veg) from select categories. Our concierge agent will confirm available options from the pre-defined menu at the time of booking.
