Intelligent Power Factor Controller
Power factor controllers for power factor correction in low voltage applications measures the actual power factor and connects or Disconnect capacitors to achieve the desired value (Cos Φ).
The Microprocessor based system detects the reactive and active component of the network through the voltage and current path.
From this it calculates the phase shift between current and voltage and compares it with the set target power factor.
With the microprocessor based series Automatic Power Factor Controller and Intelligent Power Factor Controller, Havells offers a broad range of PF Controller for all kinds of applications and loads. PFC solutions may be customized with versions for conventional and dynamic PFC as well as with a new hybrid version for mixed – conventional and dynamic – applications.
