Pressure die-cast aluminium LM24 with heavy duty hinge cover for safe & easy maintenance.

Cover
Heat & thermal shock resistant tempered sagged clear glass lense for better light dispersion, sealed to hinged cover by silicon sealant.

Finish
Epoxy powder coated in two tone colour with ocean green on top cover & contrasting light grey finish on bottom after phosphochromate treatment.

Optics
Electrochemically brightened &anodisedhydroformed POT optic reflector and glass lense assembly fixed with silicon gasket to housing. Breathing port provided ensures sustained ingress protection of optic compartment keeping optic environment clean for maintained light ouput.

Lamp Holder
In ceramics with electrical grade copper contacts.Lamp replacement from Top (front loading).

Electric gear
Pre-wired with power factor improvement capacitor and impulse ignitor for reliable ignition upto terminal block, copper wound ferromagnetic ballast supplied separately be wired as per instruction.

Mounting
Suitable for pole mounting with arm OD of 50mm dia (max.)with the help of 2 bolts. Recommended mounting height of 6-7 mtrs.(70W SON/ MH), 7-8 mtrs.(150W MH).
